9:00am-9:30am | Arrival and Sea Smoothie Making | Campers arrive and choose their sea-smoothie for the day with Arielle and Mikaela, put their lunches away, and head inside to check on the critters. | |
9:30am-10:00am | Ocean Frames (Step 1)/ Big Dock Walk | Half of Campers paint the ocean frames with the help of Arielle and Mandai while the other group walks to the Big Dock with Scott and Mikaela, then they switch. | |
10:00am-10:15am | Snack | Campers eat while Arielle and Mandai set up Japanese Fish Art | |
10:15am-11:00am | T-shirt Decoration/ Beachcombing at B.I.O. | One group does Japanese Fish Art with Arielle and Mandai, the other group has free time on the beach with Scott and Mikaela, then they switch. | |
11:00am-11:15pm | Checking traps | Campers walk down to see what interesting creatures they have caught. | |
11:30pm-12:00pm | Lunch and Andrew’s Powerpoint | Campers eat while CPAWS photographer Andrew explains some basic photography techniques. | |
12:00pm-2:30pm | Nature Walk | A walk to a scenic new location. | |
3:00pm-3:15pm | Return to Cottage and Pick Up | Campers not registered in the After Camp Program are picked up with their T-shirts. | |
3:15pm-5:00pm | After Camp Program | Campers registered in the After Camp Program return to BIO for various activities. |
