Budget Boat Race 2021:

Boat Building and Rule

Objective:

To create a boat for one of your team members in order for them to make it around at least 1 lap of the course and look good doing it!

Teams:

1: Vance, Emilie, Hanalei, Jasper, Theo

2: Nadia, Kate .B, Curtis, Garcin, Mia

3: Adam, Graeme, Lauren, Elizabeth

4: Frida, Will, Sean, Connell, Nate

6: Kate. S, Kira, Olivier, Summer 

Point System:

(+5)  for one lap around mark.

(+10) for every additional lap, up to 5 laps max.  

(+10) for fastest speed around mark the first time.

(+5) Most creative boat

(+5)  Best teamwork shown

(+5) Best name of boat

Rules:

Two rolls of duct tape for each team only.  Maximum of 90 minutes to build and decorate boat.

Hint:  Make your boat wider than it is long.
