Indian Point Young Naturalist Club 2021 Camp Covid-19 update

Hello Parents, Campers, Presenter and Counsellors:

We are very happy to inform you that this summer’s edition of the Indian Point Young Naturalist Club will be allowed to run in agreement with the 2nd phase of the “ Nova Scotia Governments “Reopening Safely with Covid- 19”  plan announced on May 28th.  Here is what we are allowed:

Much like last year, the first three younger camps will be put into two separate groups.  Last Summer we did this with eight campers in each group and we are pleased to be able to have now ten campers in each group this summer plus counsellors.  Camp 4, the older campers camp, in August we are hoping that we will be in phase 3 of the plan.  If so, we will be able to keep all campers together for the camp 4. There will be more about daily procedures in the coming weeks in our latest edition of the camp newsletter, The Seastar Times, that I will be sent out to you.  In the meantime, let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
