Hi everyone:

We had a great day with lots of furry and feathery animals, ice cream and waves. Sadly we had to cancel our "After Camp Special" at 4 pm to day because of a Thunderstorm warning; however will  try again tomorrow at 4 pm.  This means a parents or guardian has to be here (or give another parent permission) to watch their child from 4 pm to 5 pm during the after camp special.

Camp 3, 2018 Mystery Creature: Clues 1 and 2

Every Week of camp we give four clues in the weekly Mystery Creature.  Here are Clue#1 and Clue#2:

1.     Thirty years ago, this creature faced possible extinction, because of dangerous pesticides destroying its eggs.

2.     This creature finds its prey from the air, often hovering prior to plunging feet-first into the water to seize a fish that makes up most of its diet.

You will receive the final clues on Thursday.  The Mystery Creature will be revealed on Friday, just before the Island Amazing Race.

Good Luck,

A few reminders, please make sure that your children are covered up with sunscreen, a hat and swim shirts (especially a swim shirt that wont rub off while tumbling around for hours in the bay's on the many float toys camp has :)

Also, because we are having our  Paint Splatter Party Monday, all campers and staff need to have old shorts and shirt or swimsuit to wear under their camp T-shirt during the activity.

Finally,  a reminder we are still looking for another parent to be a volunteer driver for our field trip on Wednesday.  Please contact Scott for details or let him know Monday during registration if you can drive.
