Still Spots left in the 2018 Summer Camp!
Update: 5 spots still available for the 2018 Camps!
Sea in Camp 3 has been as warm as 24C - GREAT for swimming! |
It was a busy March and the beginning of April registering a record breaking 70 campers into camps this summer.
But wait, we still have room for campers!
There are 5 spots left in Camps this summer. If you or you know someone who has kids that love being outdoors, exploring , making crafts, swimming and having fun with other kids, let them know about the opeings in camp 3 which, by the way, is traditionally the nicest part of the summer with the warmest temperatures and sunniest days, just sayin' :)
Please contact Scott at the I.P.Y.N.C for more details and if you have any questions.
Peace, love and swimming in The Bay,

2018 Summer Camp Dates announced!
August 2017 Camp 3 where the land meets the sea
Hi Everyone:
Here are the age groups and dates of the 2018 camps:
Shubie Sam, the ground hog,
popped out of hibernation on February 2nd and didn’t see his shadow. This his
means that Spring is right around the corner and another exciting Summer for
the Indian Point Young Naturalist Club won’t be far behind!
We usually have about an 80%
return rate from the previous summer and like to give these returning campers
first choice in which camp to sign up for.
In late March we open up to new campers. Here are the age groups and dates of the 2018 camps:
Camp 1 for 5-12 years of age will
run from Monday July 9th to Friday July 13th, 2018
Camp 2 for 5-12
years of age will run from Monday July 23rd to Friday July 27th, 2018
Camp 3 for 5-12 years of age will run from Monday Aug.
6th to Friday Aug. 10th, 2018
Camp 4 for 12-15 years of age will run from Monday Aug. 20th
to Friday Aug. 24th, 2018
We do keep a waiting list of
budding young naturalists who have not attended camps before or perhaps they
haven't in few years. Let us know the name(s) of your children who may like to
attend, and I will put them on the waiting list to call in March.
Peace, Love and a early Spring
